Two separate programs
Transactional texts relate to your registration — partner invites, schedule and court assignments, score verification and event-day updates. These are sent because you registered for an event.
Marketing texts announce new tournaments, early registration and promotions. These are sent only if you separately checked the marketing SMS box.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. Prove It Pickleball does not charge for text messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or email proveitpickleball@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel your registration or stop event-day transactional messages.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
